Hearing Resident Voices

Good communication is an important part of providing a good service.

If we know and understand our clients then we know how to make sure they’re happy and improve.

Some of our Contract Managers got a bit of face-to-face feedback from residents at CCHA’s (Croydon Churches Housing Association) Action Day this month.

Dayon Haynes of Mobile Department fame and Alan Ennis, Head of Grounds Maintenance attended the event and met with residents and housing officers alike to discuss our service.

It was a good opportunity to find out what we’re doing right, as well as how we could make things better for the residents.

We also awarded one lucky winner with a raffle prize, which included everything she would need for a good (late) spring clean as well as some goodies.
